Description:  

·     Clearance of new submissions

·      Follow up for additional
information and Binding Authority Administration and policy documentation

·      Process our policies

·      Properly code business for
premium allocation and treaty and facultative reinsurance

·      Check underlying policies

·      Help resolve accounting and
other conflicts

·      Potentially process and handle
program type business    

 

Overall
Responsibilities: 

·      Assist Binding Authority
Broker’s in producing,  binding authority administration and writing of
business

·      Help resolve various
conflicts

·      Develop and maintain
required databases 

·      Help organize and properly
document binding authority administration files

  • Prepare, organize and
    maintain files, follow-up for additional information and suspense
    according to established time-frames.
  • Produce various required
    reports

Required
Experience: 

·      Proficient with Word and
Excel, Outlook, preference for Power Point & Access also, but not required.

·      Good oral and written
communications skills

·      Basic Math skills

·      Minimum 5 years’ experience
in the Insurance industry

·      Must be a team player.

·      Must be detail oriented and have
the ability to multi-task

 

Education
Requirement:

·      Minimum High School
education or GED equivalent 

·      College or Trade School
education preferred but not required

·      Basic INS insurance courses
preferred but not required
