January Insurance Industry Observations
New year, new opportunities for your career – 2015 saw huge hiring in the underwriting and insurance fields and early indications are that 2016 will be a big year as well. To see what we saw in 2015 and what we’re forecasting for the coming year, check out our latest blog post.
Just like last year, Underwriting is leading the way for openings in 2016. We currently have 30 openings for Underwriters and the experience level ranges from assistant to Sr. managers and specialists. The openings are all through the south, east coast, west coast and even the Midwest, so wherever you are, there are opportunities out there.
The Broker/Agency openings are also high with over two-dozen current postings. Florida, New Jersey, Colorado and California have the greatest number of open jobs, but there are also opportunities in the east and throughout the Midwest. We have openings for reps, consultants and managers, so there’s sure to be an opening for your skill level.
