This client is a Top 20 National Broker expanding the
Casualty Division in New York.

and service professionals?
This new team needs a strong leader to put things in place
from the start.

You will lead a team to solicit new accounts to conduct cross selling,
direct selling and cold calling.
You also will be responsible for renewal business and
soliciting additional lines of coverage.
This includes the directing of servicing accounts and
providing claims assistance as needed;
You will oversee the details of the unit operations
in completing applications, obtains quotes, negotiates premiums and
commissions, prepares proposals and presentations.
Binds coverage, prepares binders and delegates certificates;
Reviews coverage, identifies deficiencies and determines
appropriate level of coverage;
You meet with clients as needed or directed by producer or executive team.
Reviews accounting history, responds to accounting
inquiries, corrects discrepancies and contacts client on receivable
You are the subject matter technical expert,
assisting department members to resolve complex issues.
You engage in optimal and appropriate usage of applicable
agency management systems.
You must have experience servicing large complex commercial
You will have been a strong client advocate, demonstrating outstanding
You will have been a Client and Market Facing person now.
Previous experience establishing & managing intricate
corporate insurance programs
Must Have experience with loss sensitive accounts, retros,
and large casualty accounts
Be ready to manage up to 4 direct reports
