Account Executive or Senior Account Manager- Real Estate
Remote (CST Zone, Texas preferred)
Job Description:
This client company, a national insurance broker, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Senior Account Manager and/or Account Executive specializing in Real Estate. This dynamic role involves servicing the State of Texas and requires expertise in Real Estate and/or Habitational insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Real Estate clients within the State of Texas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with underwriters to secure and maintain appropriate coverage for clients.
- Conduct risk assessments and advise clients on insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and industry partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
- Assist in the renewal process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Work collaboratively with a team to achieve overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager and/or Account Executive in the insurance industry.
- Specific experience in Real Estate and/or Habitational insurance is required.
- Licensed insurance professional with knowledge of insurance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-motivation.
- Knowledge of the Texas insurance market is a significant plus.
- Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, or related field is preferred.
- Relevant insurance certifications/licenses.
Working Conditions:
- This is a remote position, and candidates must be in the CST zone. Texas residency is a significant plus.
- Flexible working hours with occasional travel as needed.
