Are you a seasoned Business Development professional with experience in the TPA (Third-Party Administrator) or IA (Independent Adjustment) industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our Independent Adjustment firm as a Business Development Representative and help us expand our footprint in the dynamic Florida market.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Business Development Representative, you will work remotely, covering the territories of Florida, Texas, and Louisiana.
- Leverage your background in marketing claims services to insurance carriers, with a specific focus on Homeowners and Residential Property claims.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers within insurance companies.
- Promote our services and solutions to potential clients, highlighting the value we bring to their claims process.
- Collaborate closely with our team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Drive revenue growth through your efforts and contributions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development within the TPA or IA firm environment.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing claims services to insurance carriers, particularly in the Homeowners/Residential Property sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while covering multiple states.
- Willingness to travel within the specified coverage area as needed.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits:
