Commercial Marketing Manager

will increase sales through the independent agent channel to increase market
penetration and brand awareness.
will establish and maintain a strong presence within your territory.
will deliver presentations and seminars on company programs to agents via
face to face, webinars, PowerPoint, or over the phone.
and manage pipeline and territory coverage plan.
collaboratively with the company team to help develop a comprehensive sales
strategy for all products and programs that assures optimal customer
all company allocated resources to effectively drive and meet/exceed sales
represent the company brand in a professional manner on the phone, in writing
BA Degree Required
have five years of proven outside sales/marketing experience, insurance
marketing experience is preferred.
underwriting background will also be considered in place of direct marketing
travel within territory. 40% travel
with outstanding organizational and planning skills
interpersonal and written communication skills with leadership abilities
user of MS Office Products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Driver’s License and good driving record
You will work from home with ideal location being Madison
or close to the middle of the state. (Remote work situation)
