Director of Ancillary Sales & Distribution Strategy
Chicago, IL- (Remote Opportunity)

 The Director of Ancillary Sales & Distribution Strategy will help develop, implement, support and ensure Ancillary solutions assigned meet and exceed market requirements, helping client attain short and long-term goals.  
 This position will report to the Senior Vice President, Sales and Market Development

 Essential Elements
 

  • Partner with Ancillary Sales Department to meet and exceed annual and long term sales goals
  • Collect and share ancillary product market research for internal strategy and external sales purposes
  • Partner with product team to manage product development projects and vendors
  • Help facilitate cross-functional sales & product implementation team
  • Support ancillary sales and product strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Helps support new sales and renewal activities, including being directly accountable for their own sales and retention goals 

 
Requirements
Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience required
  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) preferred

 Experience 

  • 10+ years of life & health insurance experience with 5+ years direct experience with Ancillary products 

 Travel Required

  • Up to 50% of time
