If you were selected, you would assist producer(s) and Sr. Acct. Manager maintaining, servicing and production of new and renewal Group Benefit accounts
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for all aspects of renewal business including; marketing, spread sheeting, plan changes, admininistrative issues, open enrollment preparation and meetings
- Responsible for all aspects of new client prospects including; enrollment package, application processing, follow-ups and materials to client and meetings to discuss new plans
- Prepare and work on special group benefit projects
- Attend seminars to become knowledgeable about current Group Benefit markets
- Attend training sessions to become knowledgeable in other aspects of the Group Benefit business such as COBRA, Wellness programs, HSA’s and Self Funded accounts
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve any client service issues
- Open Enrollment meetings
- Ensure group ACA compliance
Requirements/Experience:
- Illinois Life and Health license required
- 5 – 10 years of Large Group Insurance experience
- Large Group Experience required (+100 Lives)
Knowledge & Skills:
Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
Knowledge of EPIC agency management system preferred
The ability to multi task and handle a large volume of items simultaneously
Good organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Able to work in a team environment
Eager to learn new tasks
