Group Benefits Practice Leader
You will be joining a retail insurance agency/brokerage with a strong history of success providing account and risk management within the property/casualty and group benefits areas.
The Practice Leader-Group Benefits to manages the servicing/account management and business development functions for both small and large groups.
You will have 7-10+ years of progressive leadership in group benefits, with a strong knowledge base of a wide variety of voluntary and involuntary group benefits products and services.
You will have previously demonstrated expertise managing and growing million dollar revenue based group benefits books of business by providing effective account and risk management services as well as the placement of new groups-100+ lives.
Proven background leading customer service teams and sales functions as well as a proven background developing relationships with carrier underwriters.
You will have strong organizational, communicational, interpersonal and long range planning skill sets, along with deep technical, analytical and business development background.
Qualified Group Leaders should demonstrate a strong interest in financial growth and development and not settle for complacency.
College degree preferred.
Life & Health License(P&C a plus) required.
12 to 20 years of carrier and brokerage experience-
3 to 7 years of previous leadership track record of success.
