International Medical Group -Customer Service /Travel
Assistance/Medical Case Management Leader.
Current person in the position is
leaving to return home - back east.
This position was newly created in 2018.
3 units- 450 people
Customer service unit- inbound calls, applications for
coverage, questions, etc.
Assistance unit (eff.: 1/1/19) security, evacuation,
Clinical unit- 75% U.S. Claims-25% foreign claims- case
managers, nurses, 4 doctors on staff, negotiate procedure costs (bundled
40% corporate sponsored, 60% individual business.
will manage everything from front end intake of group and individual
applications, fulfillment, POS and most importantly, medical claims processing.
Intelligence and security coverage is outsourced to Global Rescue and one other
. Medical claims experience is a driving factor.
450 employees- 100 outside of the U.S. Heavy Managed
care/case management /health claims now.
An in-house travel assistance product
was launched on January 1- 24/7/365 call center in Indianapolis, including trip
cancellation and delay , lost baggage, etc.
Products are sold through brokers, online, educational
institutions, travel aggregators, religious organizations to cover
You will be a natural leader, a coach, ability to
motivate staff. Interest in researching and applying the latest
technical/IT/call center- products to continue to enhance the customer
International Medical Group sells 25 different plans of
coverage and does business in 190 countries.
You must have significant medical claims and customer
International Experience is Required

Salary $175-200K plus 25% bonus
