March Insurance Industry Observations

March Madness is under way and there are more jobs being posted every week than teams playing in the tournament! We’ve seen a big boost in hiring lately and have an average of nearly ten new jobs every day. Be sure to browse all of our open positions and check back often since new ones are constantly popping up. Underwriting continues is an area of high demand, with over two-dozen positions that need to be filled. Whether you’re interested in brokerage, commercial insurance, or any other area, there’s likely a position for you. The experience levels range from rep to analyst and even management with jobs available along the east coast, throughout Texas and Arizona and all the way out to California. No matter what specialty, level or location, there’s really an opportunity for everyone.

Customer Service is seeing a need across the entire east coast and into Texas. Statewide management positions are available along with account managers and office managers. The experience levels range from rep to senior manager and there are even temporary positions available.

On the Broker/Agency side, there is a wide range of opportunities from the assistant and representative level all the way up to management and senior management. California has a variety of open positions, as does Florida and Texas. There are opportunities available elsewhere too, and new jobs are coming in every day, so check back often.
