April Insurance Industry Observations
Baseball season is back in full swing, and while the boys of summer are back in town, it’s also prime season for hiring. Just this week we’ve had nearly 50 jobs submitted to our board and we currently are looking for candidates to fill over 600 open positions. We’re recruiting for a wide range of experience levels and locations across the U.S., so if you’re interested in a new opportunity, now’s the time to act.
In the Broker/Agency field, we’re seeing a strong hiring season so far. We’re looking for qualified candidates to fill over two-dozen positions in quite a few states. In New York, we need professionals in New York City, Long Island and Rockville Centre. In California, we are recruiting in Costa Mesa, Westlake Village and Pasadena. If you’re in Florida, we need candidates in Miami, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Daytona Beach and Orlando. There are also jobs in Texas, Virginia, Iowa and Michigan, so no matter where you are, opportunity awaits!
There are lots of positions available in Customer Service across the country as well. We’re looking for multiple Account Managers, Managers, Account Executives and Producers. The jobs are all over Florida, California, Texas and Michigan, making it possible for Customer Service candidates to find a job nearly anywhere in the country.
If you’re an executive searching for your next challenge, or a high-performer ready to take the next step, we have Executive Level positions available that could provide the leadership role you’re looking for. There is a Senior Producer – Manager for Personal Lines Insurance currently open in Pasadena, California that is looking for the right person to help lead their team. In Tampa, Florida we’re helping a company find a Managing Director for their HNW Personal Lines division.
Sales and Marketing is hiring for a multitude of opportunities across the U.S. right now. Companies are hiring from California and New York, to Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Kansas and even posting a few opportunities to telecommute, so don’t let location hold you back from applying.
