May Insurance Industry Observations

May is here, graduations are upon us, and while many young professionals straight out of school will be looking for their first opportunity or internship, it also might be the right time for seasoned talent to make a move as well. We have nearly 700 jobs open right now and an average of 10 new ones come up every day. If you’re thinking about making a move, the job market is certainly heating up as much as the weather.

Some of the top firms in the country are looking for Underwriters right now and we have nearly 30 positions to fill in this fast-paced and ever-growing industry. We have openings for consultants, managers, senior-level employees and even an Executive Vice President position to fill. The jobs are all throughout California, the mountain region, the Midwest, Texas and the East Coast, so if you are interested in this rewarding field, now is the time to act.

Sales and Marketing is seeing continued growth along the East Coast and throughout the South this month with over two dozen jobs that need to be filled quickly. We have positions for Producers all the way up to the corporate and management levels that are looking for experienced, talented individuals to work in some of the top companies around.

Broker/Agency jobs have seen a sharp increase this month with over 30 opportunities currently available. Our biggest areas of need are New York and Connecticut, but there are plenty of other postings throughout the US as well. From the Assistant to the Manager level, we really have something for everyone and new jobs are being posted every day.

Customer Service continues to see high demand on every level and throughout the entire US. We also are seeing opportunities in Actuarial, Accounting, Claims, Human Resources and more, so be sure to check back ofttten so your dream job doesn’t pass you by.
