Responsibilities
Sales Management:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to propel business growth.
• Foster a strong, dynamic sales culture within the organization.
• Establish and maintain a consistent and efficient sales process.
• Assist producers in generating new business opportunities and securing new clients.

Performance Tracking:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Create and implement action plans to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Report sales performance to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas of concern.
