About the Position:
This client company seeks a dedicated and experienced Community Associations Underwriter to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Managing General Agent (MGA) client, focusing on a comprehensive condo associations program that includes Property, General Liability (GL), and Crime/Fidelity coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough underwriting for new business within the community associations sector.
- Assess risks and determine appropriate coverage for condo associations.
- Collaborate with brokers and agents to facilitate smooth underwriting processes.
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in new business underwriting, specifically within community associations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preference for candidates based on the East Coast, but open to qualified candidates from anywhere in the U.S.
Position Details:
- Fully remote position.
- No production quotas or sales targets.
- Competitive salary range of $85,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
