Position Overview: As a Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth within your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include cultivating and managing agency relationships, achieving premium and project objectives, and spearheading strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business strategies within your territory, leveraging team resources effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong agency partnerships to drive growth and retention.
- Achieve budgeted premium volume and policy count targets for profitable lines of business.
- Utilize pricing and binding authority to increase premium volume and policy count.
- Engage in prospecting activities and secure new appointments to expand market presence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience with a focus on property and casualty insurance.
- Proficiency in Commercial Lines insurance products and industry practices.
- Reside in or willingness to relocate to the Northern Virginia area.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to plan and execute effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to achieving goals and driving results.
- Flexibility for moderate travel, including overnight stays.
